She is a licensed psychotherapist and experienced healthcare leader specializing in the delivery of mental healthcare services in a virtual space. She has extensive training in trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based stress reduction. She has worked with a wide variety of populations and settings, both public and private. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Saint Thomas University and her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University.

Andrea earned both her Master of Science in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Purdue University.
