Behavior Research Scientist
Dr. Jehan Sparks is a Behavior Research Scientist at Calm. She has over ten years of experience leading academic and applied research projects, including large-scale behavior change interventions and controlled laboratory studies.
Dr. Sparks’ research combines methods from psychology, economics, and public health to understand human bias and decision making. Her research interests include negativity and positivity bias, framing, and behavior change.
Dr. Sparks has a Ph.D. in Social Psychology, a minor in Quantitative Psychology, and an M.S. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from UC Davis. She completed postdoctoral training in Behavioral Decision Making at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
