John Armstrong

Lecturer and Fellow at Stanford University

John is a Lecturer and Fellow at Stanford University, where he teaches courses drawing on positive psychology, design thinking, and career strategy to help students navigate their personal paths. Outside of Stanford, John works with organizations to design impactful learning experiences and to help teams develop more human-centered cultures. He is also a longtime meditator, and a meditation guide in the Calm app.
