Be honest: when was the last time you allowed yourself to take a break during the workday? In a digital, high-tech world that keeps us all glued to our screens, making time to move our bodies is essential to our physical and mental wellbeing.

Join Brooke Baldwin, veteran journalist and author of “Huddle: How Women Unlock Their Collective Power,” as she sits down with Mel Mah, the host of Calm’s new in-app program The Daily Move for a refreshing conversation about the benefits of movement.

You’ll learn why physical activity allows us to be more fully present in our lives, and why movement doesn’t have to be intense to be effective. Follow along with Mel and Brooke in a LIVE Daily Move, where they demonstrate the simple, practical ways you can recharge and refocus while sitting at your desk.
