May is Mental Health Month and this year’s theme, ‘Tools 2Thrive,’ focuses on the practical tools that everyone can use to improve their mental health and increase resiliency.

During this 23 minute session, our team will share how Calm can be a tool to support mental health and build resilience. Then, to show you the real-time impact of mindfulness, we'll lead a group meditation.
